Exhibition - CALADAN GALLERY presents “Beyond the Night: Rites and Awakening”, a juried exhibition of 27 national and international artists.  This exhibition is atmospheric and anything but complacent. There are a number of artists whose bodies of work are Earth-centered, in the true spirit of natural ecology. This time of year is concerned directly with the cycles growth and decay. The ancients celebrated a parallel of the harvest leading to the long sleep of Winter, a metaphor for the cycle of life and death.  Here you will find a theme of transitioning souls, bodies, and natural occurrances.  Always a favorite theme and time for Caladan Gallery, this 3rd annual Samhain/All Hallows Eve based exhibition moves us with its color, grace, playfulness, and meaning. The Touched by the Light Series are a series of photographs dedicated to Karla Haley, teacher, mother and wife. At the age of 39, Karla passed from this life in 2004 of a long battle with breast cancer.This is a limited signed edition and only 100 prints have been made and we have a few left.
